Patchserie update

Uploaded new patchset and kernel.
Most notable changes are:
- Fix battery charging, jacket detection
- Disable tmio-mmc: it's unrouted on tosa boards and has problems with respect to suspend/resume
- Disallow suspending of device if tmio-ohci driver is bound to a device. You can use simple apm scripts to unbind it before suspend and bind it after
